WHY did I write CONQUEROR OF SHADOW AND LIGHT?

 Hey everyone! Today I'm sharing a post about Conqueror of Shadow and Light, releasing March 10, 2026 for Kindle and paperback. A lot of time, effort, and prayer has been poured into this project, and I wanted to make known who this book is for, and why. 

It's for the prodigal coming home. The one seeking to be more than they once were. The one seeking light in a dark world. The one who isn't sure there's light left to be found at all. I wrote CSAL for the ones struggling with chronic conditions, who have been told that their diagnosis makes them less-than. (Because it doesn't.) It's for the ones who wonder if they've messed up too many times.

It's a story that promises the war inside our head is able to be conquered. It promises that the darkness in this world has only temporary reign, and that One much greater than us is still in control. It's a story that explores the sacrifices made for goodness and light in our world.

CSAL is a story that questions pride, doubt, prejudice, bitterness, unforgiveness, and what it means to overcome your bloodline.
