Hey everyone! Today I'm excited to share the cover reveal of The Stormbringer's Name by Hope Ann!
This is a Rumpelstiltskin retelling and is the fifth novella in the Legends of the Light series, but can be read as a standalone. Check out the blurb below!

Lillian’s city is dying. Slowly. Strangled by dust, drought, and oppressive laws that cut down commoner and noble alike. Even Lillian, as daughter-in-law to the Governor, can’t help them.

When a stranger climbs through Lillian’s window with the mythical knowledge needed to spin heat into rain, it seems too good to be true.

But the first real storm in months hardly means the drought is over. With the demand for more rain on one side, and threats from encroaching enemies on the other, Lillian’s choices are limited.

Except maybe the stranger is more than he appears. And maybe the city needs more aid than simply a change of weather.

A Rumpelstiltskin retelling, The Stormbringer’s Name blends timeless elements of unspoken names and bitter sacrifice with clouds of treason, betrayal, and a fine-spun gold thread of courage.

The fifth novella in the Legends of the Light series, this short novel is a stand-alone story and contains a handful of allegorical themes.

TODAY (3/22/2022) ONLY: Snag a preorder for only $0.99 HERE and don't forget to shelf it on Goodreads!

And now for the cover!

Isn't that gorgeous? Are you looking forward to reading this installment of the Legends of the Light series?

Hey everyone! I'm excited to share about Wetherholt, a beautiful debut novel by Marissa Adams!

Marissa Adams grew up in the beautifully rainy Pacific Northwest. She has been creating stories since before she knew how to write her letters. Most of her days are split between spending time with her family and friends, reading, playing video games, and hanging out with Ivy, the most adorable Havanese on earth. Wetherholt is Marissa’s first novel.

Lissie Dairton is off to New York City to visit her aunt and uncle and have some proper adventure. Her only regret? That her sister Nett can’t come along. The answer? Write letters, of course! Soon witty reports are flying between the sisters as Lissie keeps Nett informed of life in the big city—from dealing with her beastly aunt and refusing advances from a ghastly suitor to attending plays with heiresses and falling in love with a most eligible and charming young man.

From afar, Nett tries to keep her flightier sister’s feet on the ground. But soon, she’s swept up in her own adventure when she meets the brother of Lissie’s prospective beau. Levelheaded, caring, and sensible, the elder Elwood brother seems like the answer to all her dreams. Until he begins acting stiff and distant, confusing Nett.

Lissie remains convinced that she and her sister will marry the Elwood brothers, but Nett is no longer certain, especially when she learns that family disapproval is the reason for the odd behavior. With that casting a long shadow, how can there possibly be a satisfactory end for everyone?

Wetherholt is available on Amazon and Goodreads.

Today I'm excited to share the blurb for Abigayle Claire's Behind The Act! This is a book that I've been so so excited to read, and it's coming June 17, 2022! SOON!
*stops to add it to my growing wish-list of 2022 releases*

You can already shelf it on Goodreads HERE, and you can also consider signing up to be a reviewer -- HERE!

But for right now, check out the blurb:

The predictable lull of Tiffany Burch’s small-town existence is making her stir-crazy. At the news that her town is going to be a filming location—and local acting talent is needed—she takes a leap to follow in her dead mother’s footsteps as an actress.

Tragedies from Tiffany’s past and present seem to indicate the timing is right, and so she leaves everything from her boyfriend to her shelter dog all for the dream of stardom. Yet as her success grows, so do her anxiety and disillusionment.

As her rise to fame is jeopardized by yet another tragedy, Tiffany returns home. There she must unravel who she really is: the girl her town remembers, the face on the posters, or the still-distraught woman behind the act. Doesn't that sound good?! Are you excited to read Behind The Act? Let me know in the comments!
